Please try and give as much notice as possible to ensure you get your date. A £45 booking fee will be taken to secure your booking and payment in full will be required no later than two weeks prior to your wedding day. An invoice will be sent around 1 month before your wedding date to be paid within ten days.

Your £45 booking fee is non-refundable and it is not payment towards the final floral arrangements, it helps me to cover my administrative costs, ongoing consultations and date security.

Should any unforeseen circumstances render Kate unable to arrange your flowers, she will enlist help from another florist who rest assured will be fully briefed and trusted to provide the service agreed upon.

Breakages of any equipment provided by Kate must be paid for or replaced by the wedding party.
